BauKIT – Billing module

Coming soon: quantity take-off and billing for 23 trades, directly from your plans.

• Trades selectable individually or together, from earthworks to painting.
• Every element is drawn and labelled in the plan. Each trade has its own colour and a PDF layer that can be switched on and off.
• Openings follow the rules of each trade: a door is deducted for tiling and measured over for plastering up to 4 m².
• Every quantity comes with its formula and source, so each line can be traced back to the plan.
• Excel workbook with an overview, open points and one sheet per trade, plus a CSV file.
• Anything the plan does not confirm is listed as an open point in the workbook.

Surcharge items from the LBH

For every main item, BauKIT checks the matching surcharge items in the catalogue, such as lintels, a higher concrete grade or exposure class, and lists them with their own quantity and calculation.

Credits without a subscription

Buy credits once instead of subscribing, valid for twelve months, with an invoice.

Turnkey as general contractor

A run in the master builder’s scope can be extended with the general contractor’s fit-out: screed, tiles, floors, painting, doors, building services as lump sums.

Calculation line by line

Under each quantity are its lines per storey and element, with formula and source, so every line can be checked.

Large projects and dark mode

Up to 100 files per message, interim results are saved. Plus a dark mode in the app.

Opening and room schedules as separate files

Windows, doors and rooms come as separate Excel schedules. Excavation is split by depth band, and every BoQ item shows its calculation.

Two-factor sign-in

Sign-in with a second factor and further security measures for companies with strict requirements.

Measuring tool for the plan

Drawn areas, slopes and working spaces are measured in the plan where no dimensions are given. Billing rules per trade according to ÖNORM.

Openings billed per ÖNORM

Windows and doors are measured over or deducted according to ÖNORM billing rules, for example for external insulation.

Large client BoQs and schema-valid ONLV

Client bills of quantities are read without a row limit, and the ONLV file follows the ÖNORM A 2063 schema.

Template for residential complexes

The start screen offers a ready-made request for residential complexes, with a note on the processing time.

Existing, demolition and new build kept apart

BauKIT reads the colour codes in the plan. For conversions, existing, demolished and new parts are calculated separately.

Estimate on your BoQ template

BauKIT fills in and prices the client’s bill-of-quantities template instead of building its own.

Benchmarks clearly marked

Quantities based on benchmarks are marked as such and not presented as plan dimensions.

Large projects and scanned plans

Up to 40 files and ZIP archives per job. Scanned plans without a text layer are read as well.
