BauKIT was created because what many construction projects lack is not software. They lack reliable figures from the plan, available quickly.
Turning a permit plan into a clean quantity takeoff and a priced bill of quantities is manual work: slow, error-prone and hard to trace. That is where BauKIT comes in.
We combine modern AI with a structured knowledge base of Austrian construction rules. The aim is not to replace people but to take the tedious groundwork off their hands, and to deliver a result that backs up every line item.
